Quality Management
Gnee has quality control sytem including all production process starting from raw material and continuing welding wire and flux till to transportation.The tests are guaranteed through test conducted by using modern measurement and equipments, the calibration of these equipments performed periodically by the acrredited corporations.

Raw Materail Supply
Raw material is supplied only directly from approved HRC producers. Mill Test Certificates showing full mechanical and chemical properties should 100% conform the tests applied at the final receipt of materials on our own labs.

Quality Control
To make sure that every pipe leaving our plant conforms to the high standard we guarantee to our customers, our quality control department will follow seven steps to confirm the quality of our product.
Raw materials should comply with relevant standards and requirements.
Cut the raw steel plate to the required size and length. Cutting should be precise and smooth to ensure smooth progress of subsequent processes. The steel plate is deformed into a round shape through a cold or hot rolling process.
The two ends of the steel plate are welded to form the initial shape of the steel pipe. Welding can use a variety of methods, such as electric welding, welding, etc.
Steel pipes are spirally wound to increase their strength and stability. Spiral winding can be done mechanically or by hand.
Steel pipes are heat treated to improve their physical properties such as strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, etc.
Steel pipes are trimmed to remove surface irregularities and given an anti-corrosion coating to extend their service life.
Conduct quality inspections on steel pipes to ensure they meet relevant standards and requirements. Common inspection items include dimensional measurement, physical performance testing, metallographic analysis, ultrasonic flaw detection, etc. Steel pipes that pass the inspection are packaged and labeled for transportation and use.
