Produced through hot rolling and cold finishing processes, our seamless pipes range from 10mm to 720mm in diameter with wall thickness up to 60mm. Available in carbon steel, alloy steel (ASTM A335 P9/P11/P22), and stainless steel grades, fully certified to API 5CT / ASTM A106 / GB/T 5310 standards, engineered for high-pressure oil & gas, power boiler, and petrochemical applications.

LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipe is manufactured from high-quality steel plates formed using the JCOE or UOE process, followed by double-sided submerged arc welding (DSAW) to produce a straight longitudinal weld seam. The forming process, combined with post-weld cold expansion, improves dimensional accuracy and reduces residual stress, ensuring excellent mechanical performance and weld integrity. Available in diameters from 406 mm to 1,422 mm with wall thicknesses up to 60 mm, our LSAW pipes are manufactured to API 5L PSL1 and PSL2 requirements, and undergo 100% hydrostatic testing and comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT). Their high strength, dimensional accuracy, and excellent pressure resistance make them well suited for long-distance oil and gas transmission, water transmission, offshore pipelines, marine piling, and other heavy-duty structural applications.

Manufactured using the high-frequency electric resistance welding (ERW) process, our ERW steel pipes offer excellent dimensional accuracy and a smooth, uniform surface finish. Available in sizes from 1/2 in. to 24 in. (DN15–DN600) with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 12 mm, they can be manufactured to ASTM A53, API 5L, or EN 10219 requirements. These pipes are widely used for water transmission, oil and gas transportation, structural applications, scaffolding, and low-pressure fluid conveyance.
