Pipe fittings are a collective term for components in piping systems used for connection, control, direction change, flow diversion, sealing, and support. Materials include steel, stainless steel, and plastics. Structurally, they can be classified into butt-welded, socket-welded, threaded, and flanged types. Their performance directly affects the safety and operational efficiency of the piping system.

Based on application, they can be divided into six categories: connection types (e.g., flanges), direction change types (e.g., elbows), and diameter change types (e.g., reducers). Connection methods encompass nine types, including welding, threading, and clamps. Metallic and non-metallic material systems can adapt to different media and pressure requirements, and are widely used in petrochemical, municipal engineering, nuclear power, and marine industries.

GNEE Pipe Fitting Supply Range:
Flange: A component used to connect pipes, primarily for connecting pipe ends.

Elbow: A common pipe fitting used in plumbing installations, used for connecting pipes at bends and changing the direction of the pipeline.

Reducer: Also known as a reducer, used to connect two pipes of different diameters; further divided into concentric reducers and eccentric reducers.

Tee: A pipe fitting, also called a tee fitting or tee connector, used where a branch pipe is needed from a main pipe.

Cross: Used to connect four pipes of the same diameter and perpendicular to each other, mainly used for branching or changing the direction of flow.

Gasket: A material placed between two flat surfaces to enhance the seal; a sealing element placed between tightly sealed surfaces to prevent fluid leakage.
