LSAW Pipe

Introduction : LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipe is manufactured from high-quality steel plates formed using the JCOE or UOE process, followed by double-sided submerged arc welding (DSAW) to produce a straight longitudinal weld seam. The forming process, combined with post-weld cold expansion, improves dimensional accuracy and reduces residual stress, ensuring excellent mechanical performance and weld integrity. Available in diameters from 406 mm to 1,422 mm with wall thicknesses up to 60 mm, our LSAW pipes are manufactured to API 5L PSL1 and PSL2 requirements, and undergo 100% hydrostatic testing and comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT). Their high strength, dimensional accuracy, and excellent pressure resistance make them well suited for long-distance oil and gas transmission, water transmission, offshore pipelines, marine piling, and other heavy-duty structural applications.
