304H is an austenitic alloy mainly composed of chromium, nickel and carbon. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature properties, with a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, which means it retains its shape and structure even when subjected to high stresses. The minimum tensile strength is 515 MPa, which means it has a strong ability to resist tensile deformation. It can easily expand up to 40% as needed, which makes it highly flexible when it comes to withstanding stress and deformation. It has good high temperature resistance and can withstand high temperatures from 500°C to 800°C.
According to ASTM A312 TP standard, 304H seamless pipe shows a high degree of corrosion resistance in various corrosive environments. These tubes are made of titanium and are very strong and durable. ASME SA 312 304H steel pipe is manufactured by longitudinal welding with or without weld seams. The tubes are available in outer diameters ranging from 6.35 mm to 114.3 mm, thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 12.7 mm, and lengths up to 26 meters.
304H stainless steel pipe is an extremely strong, flexible and corrosion-resistant pipe suitable for a variety of applications that need to withstand high temperatures and corrosive environments.
