On May 12, 2026, Park Jeong-hwan, Director of Procurement of South Korea's XX Energy Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited our company. After an on-site inspection, they signed a procurement contract for 2,800 tons of API P110 oil casing, with a total contract value of 18.2 million yuan, setting a new record for our company's single-batch oil casing exports to South Korea. This is a deep follow-up order following the 1,200-ton cooperation between the two parties in 2025.
All performance indicators of our API P110 oil casing far exceed the API Spec 5CT standard: the yield strength reaches 758MPa, the minimum tensile strength is 827MPa, and the hardness ranges from 22 to 26HRC. In response to the high-temperature and high-pressure formation environment of South Korean oilfields, the product adopts German equipment for precision thread processing, with a thread accuracy of IT6 grade. It can withstand a sealing pressure of 150MPa, and in the pressure test simulating the 1,200-meter deep well environment of South Korean oilfields, there was no leakage for 72 consecutive hours, with a 100% sealing qualification rate.
The customer randomly selected 3 oil casings for non-destructive testing on site. The results of ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle flaw detection showed that the internal defect rate of the products was 0, and the surface finish reached Ra0.8μm, fully meeting the stringent standards of the South Korean energy industry.
To meet the personalized needs of South Korean customers, all API P110 oil casings provided by our company this time adopt customized anti-corrosion coatings - based on the original N80 grade coating, a 300μm thick epoxy powder anti-corrosion layer is added, which can withstand 1,200 hours of salt spray test without rusting, adapting to the high-salinity operating environment of South Korean coastal oilfields. At the same time, in response to the customer's requirement of a 45-day delivery period, the production department launched the "Overseas Order Green Channel" and coordinated 3 special production lines to work in shifts 24 hours a day, ensuring that the products are produced, inspected, and shipped within 40 days, which is 25% shorter than the industry average delivery cycle.
At present, our API P110 oil casing has been exported to 12 countries and regions around the world, with a cumulative export volume exceeding 150,000 tons, of which the South Korean market accounts for 22%. This in-depth cooperation with South Korea's XX Energy not only consolidates our leading position in the South Korean oil casing market but also lays a solid foundation for the further expansion of the API P110 oil casing in the high-end overseas market.
