A335 seamless high-pressure alloy steel pipe is a high-quality alloy steel pipe with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It implements the ASTM A335 standard and approximates the ASTM A213 T22 standard. The chemical composition of this steel pipe includes elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium and molybdenum. These elements are precisely proportioned to give the steel pipe excellent mechanical properties.
The chemical composition of A335 high-temperature alloy steel tube heat exchanger tubes is specified as carbon content between 0.05% and 0.15%, silicon content not exceeding 0.5%, manganese content between 0.3% and 0.6%, phosphorus content not exceeding 0.025%, sulfur content The content does not exceed 0.025%, the chromium content is between 1.9% and 2.6%, and the molybdenum content is between 0.87% and 1.13%. The ratio of these elements gives P22 steel pipe excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of A335 P9 high-pressure boiler tube include tensile strength ≥ 415Map, yield strength ≥ 205Mpa, and elongation after break ≥ 30%. These performance indicators enable P22 steel pipes to withstand high pressure and high temperature, and are suitable for various high-demand boilers, superheaters and other equipment.
A335 P1 boiler tubes are available in a variety of sizes, with diameters ranging from 60.3mm to 765mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 120mm. These specifications can meet the needs of different fields, such as petrochemical industry, nuclear power plants, etc.
