Heat exchange tubes are the core components of heat exchangers, placed inside the cylinder, used for heat exchange between two media, and they have high thermal conductivity and isothermal properties. They are called superconductors of heat transfer, with a thermal conductivity thousands of times that of copper, capable of rapidly transferring heat energy with almost no heat loss. Common materials include carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel alloys, etc. In addition to smooth tubes, their forms also include finned tubes, threaded tubes, and other enhanced heat transfer tubes. The tube diameters are generally seamless steel tubes or stainless steel tubes of Φ19mm to Φ38mm, and the tube bundles are mainly arranged in a regular triangular pattern.
