ASTM A210 / A210M, ASME SA210 / SA210M Grade A-1 is the standard applicable to Seamless Medium-Carbon Steel Boiler and Superheater Tubes.
ASTM A210 Grade A1 Seamless Boiler and Superheater Tubes sizes and thicknesses usually furnished to this specification are 1/2 in. to 5 in. in outside diameter and 0.035 to in. 0.500 , inclusive, in minimum wall thickness.
ASTM A210 specifies seamless medium carbon steel tubing for boiler and superheater tubes, applicable to boiler tubes and boiler flue tubes, including minimum wall thickness safety side, top and support tubes, and superheater tubes. ASTM A210 can be divided into two grades, A1 and C. Grade A1 is the most commonly used grade.
