ASTM A179/ASME SA179 is the standard specification for seamless cold drawn mild steel heat exchanger and condenser tubes.

ASTM A334 is a standard specification that covers several grades of seamless and welded carbon and alloy-steel tubes intended for low-temperature service. The grades include Gr1, Gr3, and Gr6.

JIS G3444 is the Japanese Industrial Standard for carbon steel pipes for general structural use.

Slip-on pipe flanges actually slip over the pipe.  These pipe flanges are typically machined with an inside diameter of the pipe flange slightly larger than the outside diameter of the pipe.
